We were so excited for the SS21 edit to drop that we just couldn’t wait to show you! We are obsessed with the bold colours of D.A.T.E’s collection and the soft pastels of 0-105’s latest sneakers. If there was ever a time to start a trainer collection, 2021 is the year.
The last year has been a bit different thanks to Covid-19. We’ve probably had one of the most difficult years of our lives and our physical and mental strength has been well and truly tested. But there’s light at the end of the tunnel. The vaccine is offering hope and our SS21 trainer edit reflects this. The styles feel happy and joyful. They make a statement whilst also being so wearable. It’s acknowledging that we might not be able to wear our heels to the bar for a few months yet, whilst showing a proverbial middle finger to the coronavirus in our sparkly, bright, feel good trainers. These new styles have certainly cheered us up, that's for sure and we can’t wait to have them in our possession.
Most of the styles are available to preorder right now, so you can get ahead of the crowds and guarantee your size. 0-105 are coming in VERY soon (end of Feb) whilst D.A.T.E is due to arrive on the 22nd March.
Pretty in pastel
Sorbet pastel tones will dominate this season. They add a delicate splash of colour whilst being subtle enough to go with any outfit. We love a pastel trainer with a dress - totally getting visions of a sunny park day eating an ice cream!
Our pastel favourites are the 0-105 Opal Jelly Pink for it's unique shape and gorgeous blend of shades and 0-105 Julia pink, which has the soft tones we love, but offset with a beautiful burgundy heel.
Meet your metallic match
SS20 saw the trend for metallic bags, well 2021 it's time for metallic shoes. But the soft metallic shades on premium leather are more wearable than you might first think. Got for a pair of skinny jeans to let the trainers do the talking.
Our metallic favourites include D.A.T.E Hill Low Stardust Platinum (I mean come on, anything with stardust in the name has to be a winner!) and 0-105 Julia White Silver.
D.A.T.E Hill Low Stardust Platinum £175 >
0-105 Julia White Silver £170 >
Go bright or go home
We did say this edit was all about happiness and joy - and when we saw these we knew we had to have them due to the instant smile on our faces! They make a statement, but in a really beautiful, sophisticated way.
Try D.A.T.E Hill Low Mint for the ultimate cheerful sneaker or D.A.T.E Court Pop White Fuxia for its happy highlighter pink back patch.
