All UK returns incur a £2.99 processing fee, exchanges are free. 

You have 14 days to return items for a refund.

UK Delivery

£1.99 for all orders.

£5.99 for next day delivery when ordered by 1pm (Monday-Thursday)

Europe Delivery

Flat rate £40.  Rate includes taxes and duty. Returns are paid for by the customer.

USA

Flat rate £45. Returns are paid for by the customer.

Australia

Flat rate $40. Orders under $1000 Australian dollars do not incur additional duties. Returns are paid for by the customer.

You have 14 days for us to receive a return. All sale and non-sale shoes, must be returned to us in a saleable condition. To keep the soles clean please try the shoes on with a carpeted floor. If your shoes were purchased with a protective layer (you'll find on some Made the Edit styles) it must not be removed. They must not be worn outside and must be in their original packaging. 

If outside of the UK, please post back to Made the Edit Limited, 79 Northcote Road, London, SW11 6SA. Returns from outside of the UK, must be paid for by the customer.
