You can use our super easy returns portal. Simply type in your order number and email address select the best return method for you.

You have 28 days to return all items (sale and non-sale), they must be returned to us in a saleable condition. To keep the soles clean please try the shoes on with a carpeted floor. If your shoes were purchased with a protective layer (you'll find on some Alberto Zago, Emma Go styles) it must not be removed. They must not be worn outside and must be in their original packaging. 

If outside of the UK, please post back to Made the Edit Limited, 79 Northcote Road, London, SW11 6SA. Returns from outside of the UK, must be paid for by the customer.
