If, for whatever reason you're not satisfied with your purchase we are happy to offer a  14 day return policy for all regular-priced items unless faulty, returned to us in a saleable condition. To keep the soles clean please try the shoes on with a carpeted floor. If your shoes were purchased with a protective layer (you'll find on some styles) it must not be removed. They must not be worn outside and must be in their original packaging. 

Sale items need to be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase. 

If your shoe was purchased online please follow the return instructions included in your delivery. For shoes purchased from a pop-up don't hesitate to contact us on customerservice@madetheedit.com.
